  15.   NOTE:  Late December, 1989 phone interview between Billy Goodman
  16.          of Las Vegas based KVEG Radio, and Grant Cameron, UFO
  17.          researcher from Winnipeg, Canada.  Goodman is recently
  18.          known for his nightly 3-hr radio program, "Billy Goodman's
  19.          Happening".  Cameron is co-author of the soon to be publicly
  20.          released, "UFOs, MJ-12 & THE GOVERNMENT", a report centering
  21.          around the activities of a prominent Penn State President.

  27.   <CAMERON>: "I wanted to quickly ask you about this Mr. Lazar,
  28.               you've had this guy on your show a number of times?
  29.  
  30.   <GOODMAN>: "I certainly have yes."

  32.   <CAMERON>: "What's your gut feeling on this guy?"

  34.   <GOODMAN>: "My gut feeling?"

  36.   <CAMERON>: "Ya."

  38.   <GOODMAN>: "He's telling the truth."

  40.   <CAMERON>: "Is that right?"

  42.   <GOODMAN>: "Oh, ya.  I probably shouldn't say that word - telling
  43.               truth.  As far as I'm concerned, what he has said and
  44.               he has been on my show twice, and I've talked about it
  45.               wide open and nobody has disputed it.  I have to go by
  46.               the...nobody has disputed it.  It's been all over the
  47.               west coast.  My show goes into ten states.  If people
  48.               had any desire to dispute it they could have.  No one
  49.               has.  Other people have confirmed it.  Some people say,
  50.               "Ya they know about it".  They are saying it very non-
  51.               chalant."

  53.   <CAMERON>: "You have other people who have worked there?"

  55.   <GOODMAN>: "They are very nonchalant saying they know there is
  56.               activity there."

  58.   <CAMERON>: "Some of your tapes are circulating around, and a lot of
  59.               researchers are now working on this case."

  61.   <GOODMAN>: "Terrific.  Let them circulate and let them contact me
  62.               personally and we can go from there, but you've called
  63.               me when I'm in the middle of about 9 different things.
  64.               I'm producing a special.  You talk about a tape that is
  65.               going to circulate.  I'll probably have the best show of
  66.               the entire year coming up New Years Eve.  I'm going to
  67.               have the Best of Bob Lazar, the Best of Bill Cooper, and
  68.               the Best of Virgil Armstrong.  This is going to be a tape
  69.               that the world is going to want.  All of their inside
  70.               information."

  72.   <CAMERON>: "Is there anyway I can get a copy of this tape?"

  74.   <GOODMAN>: "I can give you a number.  It's area code 702-564-4404.
  75.               I call the man Rodger the Dodger, but his name is Roger.
  76.               And he tapes every one of my Happenings.  He has copies
  77.               of everyone of my Happenings going all the way back to
  78.               August.  He can run down who we have had on, basically
  79.               what was discussed, what really outstanding information
  80.               was revealed.  He has it all down pretty good - more so
  81.               that I have.  So you are a UFO researcher?"

  83.   <CAMERON>: "We're dealing in a paper that deals with a very high
  84.               ranking Navy person that we are going to expose.  It
  85.               will be published in 30 to 60 days."

  87.   <GOODMAN>: "Why are you going to expose him?"

  89.   <CAMERON>: "He's former President of Penn State."

  91.   <GOODMAN>: "But why do you want to expose him?"

  93.   <CAMERON>: "We want to prove there is something to this."

  95.   <GOODMAN>: "Great.  Oh there's something to it my friend.  What are
  96.               you talking about.  We had over 200 people up in the
  97.               middle of the desert that saw it."

  99.   <CAMERON>: "You were at the test?  You were on the Special?"

  101.   <GOODMAN>: "That's where I was."

  103.   <CAMERON>: "On the KLAS Special?"

  105.   <GOODMAN>: "That was me.  You can imagine what we were doing up there.
  106.               We had over 200 people.  You saw the busload of people.
  107.               We are talking about a lot of listeners that don't imagine
  108.               things.  I'm talking about doctors and lawyers.  We had
  109.               policeman there too.  There's no fabrication here.  Every-
  110.               body saw it."

  112.   <CAMERON>: "Have you done any pressing to get any statements from
  113.               anybody?  From Groom Lake or Nellis?"

  115.   <GOODMAN>: "I've had them on my show.  They're on tape with what they
  116.               saw.  I've had callers policeman say, "I can't say anymore
  117.               but I was there and I saw it."  It's all over the tapes.
  118.               As far as written form, no.  I don't do that kind of thing."

  120.   <CAMERON>: "I was meaning the officials.  They must be denying this?"

  122.   <GOODMAN>: "Well of course they're denying it.  Well theirs no denying
  123.               it.  No one's denying a thing.  What are you talking about?
  124.               There has not been one denial.  We had Senator Bryant on
  125.               here - the Senator of Nevada.  He didn't deny it.  He says
  126.               he can't talk about it.  That's what their answer is.  The
  127.               Undersecretary of Defence said its too Top Secret to even
  128.               discuss what's going on up there.  Your talking about an
  129.               area where everything goes on.  Anything goes on there.
  130.               Have you got my office number (gives it).  If you want to
  131.               do an interview - some inside information or something.
  132.               It's all happening here - there's no question about it.
  133.               I guess you're getting the tapes.  This New Year's Eve
  134.               thing will be phenomenal."

  137.                where he called in.  He describes the UFO.  He describes
  138.                touching them.  He describes how many there are.  What
  139.                do they look like inside.  How their made.  How they get
  140.                here.  I mean its phenomenal.  You call the office and
  141.                we'll do an interview and put the whole thing in pers-
  142.                pective."
